1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By using our website, you signify your agreement to Vermilion Group Pte Ltd’s (Vermilion Group) Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, your promise to comply with the representations you make and contained in both the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, and your understanding of the scope and limitations of the protections provided under the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not use our Website. Your continuous usage of the website means that you accept all of our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and their changes.

2. Payment options

Prepaid via Paypal/Credit card via Paypal or e-NETS.

Processing of orders/delivery of purchased item/s will only be done after receiving full payment/s.

3. Product Information

Whilst Vermilion Group strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our products, we make no warranties or representations as to its "real-time" accuracy. For absolute accuracy, please check the products actual label before use. If you discover any inconsistencies on our website on any information, please email us at enquiry@vermiliongrp.com.

If you are pregnant, suffering from any illness and/or disability, please consult your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the suggestions and recommendations. Note! Please consume the products in moderation. Vermilion Group will not be liable if taken excessively. Results of taking products from this site will vary between individuals and works best with a combination of healthy diet and exercise. Product reviews are customers' experience and perception contributed by users and Vermilion Group holds no responsibility on the reviews made. You may contact us via email (enquiry@vermiliongrp.com)to clarify about the suitability and the possible side effect of the product before making your purchase.

We reserve the right to discontinue a product or product range without prior notice.

4. Product Expiry

We do not sell expired products. Products nearing expiration will be heavily discounted based on the number of months to actual date of expiration. Information on the date of expiration will be conveyed via our product description. It is up to the customers' discretion to purchase the discounted, nearing expiration products. These products will be under our SALE category. Vermilion Group will not entertain any refund or exchange products that are bought via the SALE category.

5. Stock Availability

If any of our product/s are out of stock, it will be reflected on our website. In the event that information on stock availability is not updated on the website before your purchase, we will contact you using the contact information provided to us (telephone and/or email).

6. Prices

All prices are nett and inclusive of GST. (No additional hidden costs). All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD).

Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Vermilion without prior notice.

7. Acceptance of order

The receipt of an e-mail order invoice does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an invitation to treat a product or service. Vermilion Group reserves all right, without prior notice, to limit and/or amend the order quantity, promotional period, items, gifts or any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or delivery of any order. Vermilion Group reserves the right to refuse to sell a product to any customer for any reason.

8. Cancellation of order

We will not entertain any cancellations once the order has been submitted by the customer. We will refund the amount paid only if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of items, if the order has been paid. No refunds will be given for any other reason or under any other circumstance.

In the event an order is approved for cancellation/refund (subject to Vermilion Group’s sole discretion), a cancellation fee of 10% (includes re-stocking fee) of invoice value + $10 courier return fee (if the order has been desptached from our warehouse) will be imposed.

9. Confirmation of order

We will send a confirmation of purchase to the customer within 1 hour upon the successful submission of the electronic order. If the items ordered are unavailable at the time of order, Vermilion Group will contact you as soon as possible.

10. Exchange policy (Only applicable for Singapore)

All products purchased via our website may be exchanged provided:

  1. It is within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please retain proof of delivery.
  2. Exchange product/s total value must be same or higher.
  3. There is an original invoice.
  4. The product is in good condition for resale. (Seal and packaging intact)

Exchange of product/s can be done at 50 Playfair Road #05-01A (pre-arrangement must be made). We do not entertain walk-ins. Alternatively you may email us at sales@vermiliongrp.com to arrange a special delivery for exchange to be done elsewhere (WITHIN Singapore), and a return delivery fee of $10 will be borne by you.

Items are non exchangeable in the following conditions:

  1. Items bought under SALE Category.

Please note that Exchange policy is non-negotiable.

12. Promotional items

Promotional items are for a limited period only or while stocks last. Vermilion Group reserves the right to discontinue any promotion without prior notice. In the event where a product is priced wrongly or graphically represented incorrectly, Vermilion Group shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order/s placed for the product.

Every order is a legal binding contract. You are reminded of your legal obligation to complete your purchase according to our Terms & Conditions. Fraudulent orders will be compiled and appropriate legal actions will be undertaken.

13. Security policy

Protecting your privacy and your information is our top priority. Users can rest assured that their personal information and data will only be kept for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which such personal information and data are collected. Regarding sensitive information, such as credit card numbers entered on Vermilion Group's order forms, we encrypt such information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Vermilion Group also uses a third party service provider to facilitate these electronic transactions on the website eg. Paypal, e-NETS.
Vemilion Group follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information and data submitted by users to the Website, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while Vermilion Group strives to protect users' personal information and data against unauthorized access, we cannot guarantee absolute security of such personal information and data.

14. Individual access /Correction of information

Vermilion Groups allows individual users to register as member on our website. We allow individual members to access their personal information by logging in with their email and password. You may update your personal information by logging in to your personal account. If you no longer desire to use our service, you may remove your personal data by emailing us at enquiry@vermiliongrp.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.

15. Receiving Updates/ Promotions

You may opt-in or opt-out to receive information from Vermilion Group during the initial registration. If at any time you would like to change to opt-in or opt-out, please email us at enquiry@vermiliongrp.com.

16. Loyalty Points System

For every SGD $1 spent in a single receipt excluding shipping and handling charges, you will be awarded ONE (1) loyalty point in your individual account. Loyalty points are only available for customers that have registered as members on the Vermilion Group website. Please allow up to 2 weeks after payment has been received for loyalty points to be reflected in your account. You may only use the loyalty point in your next order or allow it to accumulate.

Please email us at enquiry@vermiliongrp.com if your loyalty point is not reflected after 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase.

Loyalty points expire SIX (6) months from date awarded.

17. Retail partners

Vermilion Group has working relations with Retail Partners but we are independent entities. These partners may have their own price structures but rest assured they are reasonably priced. However, they may not hold the full Vermilion Group inventory.

18. Data Protection Policy

We may request personal identification information from you (such as your name, street address, telephone number, credit card number, e-mail address, and any other information required that allow us to contact you regarding the use of your membership registration, and/or the services and resources we make available on our website.

Personal information collected on this website serves the following purpose:

  1. Full Name – To identify individual customers
  2. Date of Birth – Birthday Promotion
  3. Email – Sending confirmation of purchase, website promotions
  4. Password – Confidential only to you
  5. Mobile Phone – For Vermilion Group to call you before delivery, as well as order changes such as ordered item out of stock, etc.
  6. Address –Delivery of Orders

If you have provided us with your personal information for any of these activities, we may use it to carry out the stated activities. We may also use cookie technology and Web beacons to improve your overall experience of these activities, including remembering your preferences, customizing the content and advertisements that you see, or authenticating your access to your personal information. In addition, we may collect personal information from you in connection with contests, special offers, promotions or events. Your participation in the contest, special offer, promotion or event constitutes your consent to such disclosure and use of such information by third parties for the purpose of carrying out the contest, special offer, promotion or event.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Information entered when making an online purchase will be shared with payment processors, financial gateways, and your credit card company to authorize credit card payments. Such information may also be shared with necessary third parties solely for the purpose or carrying out the transactions. No credit card information will be collected and stored within Vermilion Group’s website or company database.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your registration or password.

We may share non-personally identifiable information with our partners, suppliers and other third parties, for marketing, advertising and/or other uses. However we will not share any individual personal information. Non-personal information might include the browser you use, the type of computer, means of connection to our website. We use such information for our business purposes and to administer the website, better manage advertising and to understand how our users use the services and resources provided. This will allow us to analyse and improve on our resources and services. We may work with a third party web analytics provider to help manage and optimize our website by helping us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and users behaviour profile. The type of information we collect includes number of hits a webpage receives, type of browser used and user preference. We may also share demographic and preference information with third party advertising companies to allow them to display appropriate advertisements for users. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vermilion Group Pte Ltd its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and any third party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs (including legal costs on an indemnity basis), including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this terms and conditions by you. You agree that Vermilion Group Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential losses incurred or suffered by you.
